Mr. Clifford Hugh Messer, Jr., 37, of Kingston, died Tuesday, June 17, 2014. A native of Bartow County, he was born June 6, 1977 to Clifford Hugh Messer, Sr. and Belinda Gail Wyatt Jacobs.
Clifford enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his children, family and friends. He was most recently employed by Woods Fabrication.
Survivors include his wife, Crissy Adessa Messer of Kingston; his children, Annagail Faith Messer, J. Brenden Tate Messer and Spencer Blake Messer all of Kingston; his mother and step-father, Gail and Gary Jacobs of Kingston; his father and step-mother, Clifford, Sr. and Debbie Messer of Cartersville; one sister and brother-in-law, Amanda and Sonny Baker of Chatsworth; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 21, 2014 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Deacon Gregory Powell, Jr. and Timmy Campbell officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5 – 8 p.m., Friday, June 20, 2014 at the funeral home.
Serving as pallbearers will be Jesse Hartsfield, Josh Wehunt, Michael Messer, Mike Lemmons, John Culver, Jr. and Jack Harris, Jr. Garry Jacobs and Craig Keever will serve as honorary pallbearers.
