Mr. Clyde Franklin Mowry, age 85, of Rome, GA, died Monday, October 19, 2009 in a local hospital.
Mr. Mowry was born September 25, 1924, the son of the late Curtis Mowry and Flossie Riggle Mowry. Mr. Mowry was an automobile mechanic and enjoyed fishing. In addition to his parents, Mr. Mowry was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Moore Mowry, a son Bryan Curtis Mowry and a sister, Naomi Miller.
Survivors include a son Keith Mathews Mowry, Rome, GA, grandchildren, Steve Mowry of Shelby, Ohio and Shelli Fletcher of Summerville, GA.
Graveside will be held at a later date in Mansfield, Ohio.
