Clyde Nix

Mr. Clyde Thomas Nix, 72, of Euharlee, passed away Monday, December 3, 2012 at Redmond Regional Medical Center. Born November 29, 1940, he was the son of the late Raymond Nix and the late Annie Evans Nix.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Larry Paul Nix and Richard Nix. Mr. Nix was employed by Nantucket Industries before retirement. He was of the Baptist faith and loved people and gospel music. Mr. Nix was a friendly man and never met a stranger.
Survivors include his wife of thirty years, Lillie Nix; his brothers, James Earl Nix and Harold Nix and wife, Ellen; his sisters, Faye Bennett and husband, Bill and Carol Nix; along with his step-children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
An entombment service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 6, 2012 at Sunset Memory Gardens.
