Clyde Vinzant

Clyde Vinzant, 74, of Cartersville died Sunday, July 26, 2009 at the Cartersville Medical Center. Born in Rillsville, Indiana on July 7, 1935, he was the son of the late Maude Britton Vinzant. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Harry Vinzant.



Clyde was a veteran of the United States Army and the United States Marines and had served his country during the Korean Conflict. He enjoyed fishing, boating, and spending time with his family.



Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Delores Vinzant; his son, Rick Vinzant of Cartersville; and his step-son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Rita Hadley of Cartersville.
