April 19, 1948 — September 3, 2016

Mrs. Connie Davis, 68, of Cartersville, died Saturday, September 03, 2016 at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, Georgia. She was born in Rives, Missouri on April 19, 1948 and was the daughter of the late Leonard 'Red' Evans and Burley Mayher Evans.

She was a devoted mother, a loving sister, and a loyal friend.

Along with her parents, Connie is preceded in death by her spiritual sister in Christ, Mrs. Elizabeth 'Betty' Hurt.

Survivors include her son Richard Davis of West Virginia; her daughter Debbie Davis (Jason) Mulkey of Cartersville; her three grandchildren, Zachary Davis, Christina Marrero and Carmen Marrero; her three brothers, Everett (Peggy) Evans of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Gene (Kathy) Evans of Thonotosassa, Florida, and Ronnie (Shoko) Evans of Blytheville, Arkansas.
