Cynthia Brown

June 8, 1959 — February 18, 2010

Cynthia Kay �Cindy� Stephens Brown, 50, of White died Thursday, February 18, 2010 from injuries sustained from an automobile accident. Born in Cedartown, June 8, 1959, she was the daughter of Ralph Stephens, Jr. and Sherry Frazier Champion. She was of the Baptist faith. Preceding Cindy in death is a daughter, Bridgette Lee Brown and a brother, James Ralph Stephens �Chip� III.

Cindy was a graduate of the Georgia Baptist School of Nursing and had pursued her career for twenty nine years. She was currently employed by Heartland Hospice. Her entire life was centered on her kids and family. She enjoyed playing the piano and the flute. Cindy was an all around great person. She will be sorely missed by family and friends.



Survivors include her husband of twenty nine years, Billy Brown of White; her son, Cody Brown of White; her daughter, Katie Brown of White; her brother and sister-in law, Sammy and Gayla Stephens of Cedartown; her sister and brother-in-law, Valerie and Alan Kelley of Gatlinburg; her parents, Ralph Stephens, Jr. of Cedartown and Sherry Frazier Champion of Cedartown; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Meridith and Jean Brown of White; her brother-in-law and sister-in-law ,Shane and Michelle Brown of White; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Kristy and Joe Collum of White and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.



Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, February 21, 2010 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Rev. Sammy Stephens and Pastor Terry Hale officiating. Interment will follow in White Cemetery.



Serving as pallbearers will be Doug Allen, Dowis Satterfield, Cory Stephens, Shane Stephens, Tony Boyd and Brian Leatherwood. These gentlemen are asked to meet at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home Sunday at 12:15 p.m.



The family received friends at Parnick Jennings Funeral home and Cremation Services from 5 � 9 p.m. on Saturday.



Flowers will be accepted but in lieu of flowers those desiring may make donations to Heartland Hospice, 319 East Church Street, Cartersville, Ga. 30120.
