Danny Fountain

Mr. Danny Riggins Fountain, age 61, of 208 Sycamore Street, Rome, died

Tuesday, December 2, 2008 at his residence.



Mr. Fountain was born November 25, 1947, in Floyd County, GA. son of the Mildred Riggins Fountain and the late Fred Fountain,Sr. Mr. Fountain

was a electrician with Rayburn Electric Company for over thirteen years.

Danny enjoyed fishing and loved to spend time with his grandchildren. Mr. Fountain was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

In addition to his father, Mr. Fountain was preceded in death by a son,

Jeremiah Fountain; brother, Fred Fountain, Jr.



Survivors include his sons, Dale Fountain of Rockmart, GA. and Rodney Fountain of Adairsville, GA; daughter, Danielle Seal of Rome; eight grandchildren; his mother, Mildred Fountain of Rome; brother, Rocky Fountain of Rome and a sister, Diane Sitton of Rome and beloved friend Diane Fountain.



Graveside and interment services will be held Thursday, December 4, 2008

at 1:00 P.M. in the East View Cemetery in Adairsville, GA. with the

Shanklin-Attaway Post #5 of the American Legion conducting military rites.



The family will receive friends, Wednesday in the Heritage Chapel of the

McGuire, Jennings & Miller Funeral Home from 6:00 P.M. until

8:00 P.M.
