David Noel Long, 57 of Cartersville, suddenly passed away on October 12, 2024 at his home. He was born in Calhoun, Georgia, on December 18, 1966. He is preceded in death by his parents, John Long and Alta Long; brother Jeff Long; and son, James David Long.
David was a true outdoorsman. He could often be found fishing or hunting. He worked construction for many years and was a master cabinet maker. He also enjoying playing guitar with his friends. He loved working with his hands.
He leaves behind his daughter, Faith Long; sister, Deborah White; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family is currently planning a memorial service and it will be announced at a later date.
