Deborah Sue Leachman, 69, of Adairsville, passed away Monday, March 8, 2021 in Cartersville.
Born May 9, 1951 in Cartersville, Georgia, she is the daughter of the late Joel Dooley and Mertice Dooley. She is also preceded in death by her brother Michael Dooley and nephew Shane Harp.
Survivors include her daughter Gwyn (John) Nickell; grandchildren Dalton Rutledge and Dylan Rutledge; sister Peggy Harp; niece Kambera (Jared) Richardson; great nephews Knox, Kreed and Krew Richardson and other nieces and nephews; and GiGi her precious dog.
Deborah was an incredibly special lady and a very important part of the family. She was a loving and giving mother, sister and grandmother and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She loved painting and crafting and was a great decorator. She enjoyed doing woodwork and making furniture and shelves.
To celebrate Deborah's life the family is having a gathering of friends and family at Gwyn Nickell's house Saturday March 13, 2021 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm. Please contact Parnick Jennings Funeral Home for additional information.
