Deborah Overton

Deborah Dawn �Debbie� Overton, 54, of Kingston went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at the Redmond Regional Medical Center. Born September 16, 1955 in Bedford, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Jimmie Benjamin and the late Edna Essley Benjamin. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Sandy Bailey, and her brother, Pat McCadden.



Debbie was a member of Lindale Holiness Church and was a homemaker. She loved going to church, spending time with her grandchildren, and sight seeing. She was currently attending North Georgia Technical School.



Survivors include her husband of thirty-two years, Wayne Overton of Kingston; her children, Sharon Overton of Missouri, Lavonne Overton of Ashville, North Carolina, James and Jessica Overton of Lindale, and Carrie and Jeff Crowe of Taylorsville; her brother, Mike McCadden of Kingston; her sister, Diane Clemons of Orlando, Florida; and eleven grandchildren.



Funeral services will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. Friday, April 2, 2010 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Brother Kevin Eddy and Brother Jimmy Overton officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens.



The family will receive friends from 6 � 9 p.m., Thursday at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 430 Cassville Rd., Cartersville, GA 30120.
