Della Ray

Mrs. Della Lowe Ray," Maw Lowe", 7l, of Cartersville, passed away, Monday, December 02, 2013 at Cartersville Medical Center. Born in Chatsworth, May 28, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth Qualls and the late Gene Ellis Qualls.
Mrs. Ray was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a homemaker and enjoyed knitting, sewing, crocheting , cooking for her family and growing flowers. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by three daughters and five sons.
Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Ray of Cartersville; her children, Cathy Smitz of Eaton, Stella Howard, Lillian Lowe and Jackie Boyd all of Cartersville, J-Mar Harris of Rydal, Larry Lowe of Kingston, William Lowe of Kingston, Kenneth Kinnard of Chatsworth, Jack Lowe, Jr. of Cartersville, Jason Lowe of Cartersville, Terry Lowe of Kingston, Odum Lowe of Cartersville and Olin Lowe of Cartersville; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 4, 2013 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with The Reverend Charles Moore officiating. Interment will follow in the Cassville Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 – 8 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.
