Mr. Dennis Ray Hayes, Sr., 60, of Cartersville, died Monday, December 23, 2013 at Cartersville Medical Center.
Born September 12, 1953 in Lansing, Michigan, he was a son of William Donald Hayes and the late Faye Osborn Hayes. Mr. Hayes loved his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a sister, Donna Dover.
In addition to his father, survivors include his daughters, Dawn Jurkowski of Las Vegas, Deanna Hayes of Chicago, Amanda Hayes and Donna Renee Hayes, both of Cartersville; son, Dennis Ray Hayes, II of Cartersville; brothers, Darrell Hayes of Adairsville, and David Hayes of Cartersville; 11 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 27, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Praise Tabernacle with The Reverend Wayne Richards, Minister David Hayes, and Pastor Bobby Wright officiating.
