Diane Market, 69, of Cartersville, passed away on Thursday, October 28, 2021, in Cartersville. Born, February 10, 1952, in La Follette, Tennessee to the late Edward and Bonnie Norman. She is also preceded in death by her daughter Michelle Market and her mother and father-in-law Arthur and Leoda Market.
Diane is survived by her husband of 52 years, Charles Market; children Michael Market and his wife Judy and Lisa Elmore; grandchildren Jennifer Elmore, Amanda Market and Addie Market; brothers Ronnie Norman, Michael Norman, and Tim Norman; sisters Sandra Norman and Kathy Layfield.
Diane was a good wife, mother, and grandmother. She liked shopping, working in her garden and being happy with life.
Diane liked traveling while Charlie served in the Air Force. She enjoyed seeing the different cities, states and countries like Indiana, New York, Ice Land, and England. While on their travels, she liked sightseeing and exploring different monuments and gardens.
A memorial service will be held graveside at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia on Thursday, December 9, 2021, at 3:00 pm.
