Donna Byrant Green, 46, of Kingston passed away Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at the Cartersville Medical Center. Born in Polk County, December 16, 1963, Donna was the daughter of the late Marvin Jacobs and the late Carolyn Pauline Hightower Jacobs. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church and enjoyed listening to Elvis and going on cruises.
Survivors include her husband, Darrell Green of Kingston; two daughters, Jena Bryant and Jessie Bryant of Kingston; three step-children, Josh Green, Kim Green, and Brittany Green, all of Kingston; her foster mother, Mary Teems Clark of Cartersville; five sisters and brothers-in-law, Jannifer and Spright Holland of Cartersville, Julia and Michael Cornwell of Lawrenceville, Connie Hamby of Cartersville, Sandra and Jackie Stephens of Cartersville, and Jill and Darryl Jones of Cartersville; two brothers, Ricky Shepherd of Atlanta and Jeff Jacobs; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 17, 2010 at Friendship Baptist Church with Rev. Tim McKinnley, Rev. Jeff Duvall, and Parnick Jennings officiating.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Advocates for Bartow�s Children, 49 Monroe Crsg SE, Cartersville, Ga. 30120.
The family will receive friends from 7 � 9 p.m. Friday at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 430 Cassville Rd., Cartersville, GA 30120.
