Donna Perry

Mrs. Donna Brewer Perry, 62, of Cartersville died Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at Cartersville Medical Center.
A native of Bartow County, born January 3, 1952, she was the daughter of Maye Weaver Matthews and the late Herman Brewer. She was of the Baptist faith and was a loving grandmother and great-grandmother. She was very involved with her children's sports when they were young. In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Perry; and a sister, Mary Ann Knight.
Survivors include her children, Carol McDaniel and husband Joe, Lamar and Thomas Perry; her grandchildren, Kyle Denton (Katherine), Alex Cagle (Shannon), and Taylor McDaniel; her great-grandson, Kole Denton; her mother, Maye Weaver Matthews; her sisters, Allison Brown and Fran Matthews.
The family will have a gathering for friends on Thursday, October 2, 2014 from 7 – 8 p.m. in the fellowship hall at Atco Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Family Savings Credit Union, 10 Fox Chase SE, Cartersville, Ga. 30120 for the college fund for her great-grandson, Kole Denton.
