Donna Roland

Donna Sue Roland 48, of Cartersville, Ga passed away on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on April 9, 1969 to the late Donnie and Billie Sue Hilliard.

She was a devoted caregiver filled with compassion and a heart of gold. She enjoyed watching NASCAR, family gatherings outside, trips to the beach, and her beloved cat Whitey.

She leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her husband, Albert "Chuck" Roland; her three daughters Jessica Myrick and spouse Jason Myrick, Tiffany Kirkland and spouse Kevin Kirkland, Breanna Roland; and the Nan of two grandsons, Tyler Kirkland and Jesse Myrick, along with other extended family.

A celebration of life will be held on Monday, July 17, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with The Reverend Charles Moore and Pastor Mike Boatfield officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 - 1:30 p.m. prior to the service.

In remembrance of Donna please feel free to come as you are. Following this celebration of life, a cremation/private ceremony will be held at Bethel Crossroads cemetery at a later date. Flowers, donations and condolences may be offered at 430 Cassville Rd, Cartersville, Ga 30120.
