Donald "Donnie" Gary Adams, 63, of Adairsville Georgia, passed away on January 28, 2022 at Piedmont Cartersville Medical Center.
Born on August 11, 1958 in Marietta Georgia, he is the son of the late Broughton Adams and Barbara Jean Adams. He is also preceded in death by his brothers, Mike Adams and Jeff Adams.
Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Thelma Diane Adams; children, Kyle Adams (Michelle) and Kelsey Adams (Andrew Frederiksen); grandchildren, Noah Adams, Braxton Adams, Carly Adams, Lilly Adams, and Brynleigh Frederiksen; mother, Barbara Jean Adams; and sisters, Cathy Ridgely and Beth Green.
Donnie loved his wife, kids, and grandkids. He was a family man who enjoyed hunting, fishing, going to the beach, music, and playing with his grandchildren. He loved sports; his favorite teams were the Braves and Georgia Bulldogs. Donnie also loved to play the guitar and sing. He was a quiet, sincere man of few words. He was very genuine and was a very good handy man and could fix anything.
