Earl Barron

Earl Eugene Barron of Cartersville, Georgia passed away on March 25, 2023 at Piedmont Cartersville Medical Center.

He was born on November 28, 1943 in Cartersville, Georgia to the late Earl Eugene Barron, Sr. and the late Callie Owen Martin. In addition to his parents, Earl is also preceded in death by his son, James Thomas Barron; sisters, Jewel Woody and Brenda Camp; and brother, Joseph Barron.

He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Linda Barron; sons, Gerald Eugene Barron and Daniel Lee Barron; daughters, Vicki Lynn Horne (Micah), Robin Denise Hill, and Kimberly Elizabeth Lovelace (Randy); grandchildren, Justin, Christopher, Corey, Christina, Cole, Hannah, Patrick, Savannah, and Brody; great- grandchildren, Emma, Sophie, John, and Christopher Elijah; and brothers, Gerald Barron, Donald Barron, Robert Martin, and Michael Martin.

Earl loved nature. He enjoyed spending time outdoors and working on his garden.

A visitation will be held from 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 2:00p.m. on Thursday, March 30, 2023 in the Parnick Jennings Chapel with Reverend Larry Towe and Reverend Ricky Allen officiating. Burial will follow at Old Macedonia Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers are Josh McGouirk, Robbie Martin, Tony Barron, Tyler Heath, Josh Sanford, and Tony Boyd.
