Earline Inman

Earline �Connie� Inman, also known as �GaGa�, 83, of Cartersville died Saturday, December 12, 2009 at Starcrest of Cartersville. Born March 13, 1926 in South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Earl McCarey and the late Minnie Lee McCarty McCarey. She was also preceded in death by her husband, W.H. Inman; her son, Danny Inman; three grandchildren, Jessica Inman, Joshua Inman, and Joseph Inman; and one great-grandchild, Lauren Elizabeth Poe.



Earline was a homemaker and had been a resident of Cartersville since 1964. She had lived with her daughter for the last fourteen years and had attended Tabernacle Baptist Church and Douglas Street Methodist Church. Earline had the gift of hospitality and had a way of making people feel better. She enjoyed singing and playing the piano.



Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Sandy and Lewis Templeton of Cartersville; her daughter-in-law, Linda Inman of Cartersville; her grandchildren, Jon and Amanda Inman, Rick and Carey Poe, Jamey Inman, and Cindy and Alan Carte; seven great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and a host of special �adopted� children and friends to whom she was like a mother.



Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with the Rev. Richard Poe and the Rev. Robert Morris officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens.



Serving as pallbearers will be Jon Inman, Jamey Inman, Rick Poe, Alan Carte, Glen Summey, and Ronnie Manning. These gentlemen are asked to be at the funeral home by 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday.



The family will receive friends from 6 � 9 p.m. on Monday at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 430 Cassville Rd., Cartersville, GA 30120.
