Mrs. Edna Pauline Hartness, 64, of White, passed away suddenly, Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at Erlanger Medical Center in Tennessee. Born April 23, 1949 in Talking Rock, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Howard Hicks and the late Lillie Angel Hicks.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Hartness. She enjoyed gardening and watching TV.
Survivors include her daughters, Larissia Childers of White and Pamela Brawner of Cartersville; her son, Dennis E. Hartness of Rockmart; along with one granddaughter, Kayla Childers of Colorado.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Monday, November 25, 2013 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with The Reverend Joe Nix officiating
