Edward John Miklas of Kingston, GA passed November 8, 2023, due to illness. Born on January 16, 1935, he is survived by his wife Sarah Miklas of Kingston, GA and sons, Clifford and Curtis Miklas of Houston, TX.
Edward received degrees in Organic chemistry and Medical Pathology while attending Texas Tech University and University of Texas. He authored and co-authored several U.S. patents in chemistry. He loved gardening and planting beautiful flowering shrubbery. He was a devoted husband and father.
There will be a funeral service for Edward John Miklas on Monday, November 13, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. in the Parnick Jennings Funeral Home chapel with Reverend Ted Towns officiating. Burial will follow at Kingston Cemetery.
