Mr. Edward W. Smarsh, 88, of Cartersville, died Monday, January 14, 2013 at Townsend Park Health & Rehab. Born in Lorain, Ohio, August 23, 1924, Mr. Smarsh was the son of the late John Smarsh and the late Emily Abbott.
He was of the Catholic Faith and was a veteran, having served in the United States Marines.
He is survived by a son, Edward George Smarsh.
