Ellen Lewis

Mrs. Ellen Bradshaw Lewis, 80, of Cartersville, passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at Cartersville Medical Center. Born in Silver Creek, Georgia, March 24, 1931, Mrs. Lewis was the daughter of the late Jim Bradshaw and the late Arzie Kelly Bradshaw. She was a member at Corinth Baptist Church. Preceding her in death are her parents; her husband, Millard T. Lewis; her daughter, Ann Sanford; and a sister, Beatrice Jackson.



She is survived by her daughters, Sue Perry and Jane Coffey; her son, Johnny Lewis; her grandchildren, Corey Sanford, Kandy Roper, Autumn Martin, Heather Perry, Cody Lewis and Bleu Lewis; her great-grandchildren, Elizabeth and Kennedy Sanford; her brothers, Harold and Carlee Bradshaw; and her sister, Annie Mae Brown.



Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, May 12, 2011 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Parnick Jennings, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery.



The family will receive friends at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home, 430 Cassville Road, Cartersville from 1:00 p.m. until the funeral hour.
