Erier "Jo" Mullinax

Erier "Jo" Mullinax, 76, of Cartersville Georgia, passed away on January 16, 2022.

Born on December 24, 1945 in Cartersville, Georgia, she is the daughter of the late Terry Lingerfelt and the late Mary Kate Lingerfelt. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her brothers, Perry Lingerfelt, Jerry Lingerfelt, and Ricky Lingerfelt.

Survivors include her son and Daughter-in-law Jamie and Della Mullinax; daughter and son-in-law Tammy and Jeffery Kilgore; brother Robert Lingerfelt; sisters Loretta Branton, Geraldine Turner, Darlene Robertson, and Brenda Bailey; grandchildren Joshua Mullinax, Hailey Jo Marshall, Corey Mullinax, Harley Galloway, Trenton Galloway, and Emily Jo Galloway; and 15 great grandchildren.

Jo took great pride in her flower garden. She loved working outside tending to her gardens. She enjoyed fishing and going to the beach.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 20, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Creekside Fellowship Church with Pastor Michael Abernathy officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm prior to the service. Interment will follow the funeral service at the City of Emerson Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home.

Serving as pallbearers will be Jeff Kilgore, Corey Mullinax, Josh Mullinax, Jordan Marshall, Elijah Mullinax, Trenton Galloway, and Harley Galloway.
