Ernest Morris, Jr.

Ernest E. �Ricky� Morris, Jr., 54, of White died on Friday, October 10, 2008 at the Heartland Hospice House. Born in Dayton, Tennessee on November 8, 1953, he was the son of the late Ernest Ephrom Morris and the late Marie Young Morris. He enjoyed rabbit hunting, raising and training rabbit dogs, fishing and camping. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Joe Morris and Walter Morris; and his sisters, Catherine Bunch and Margie Morris.



Survivors include his brothers and sister-in-law, Herbert and Joyce Morris of Sody Daisy, Tennessee and David Morris of Adairsville; his sisters, Helen Wildman of Ft. Meyers, Florida, Imogene Jones of Sody Daisy, Tennessee, and Lillie Mae �Ginger� Morris of Chattanooga, Tennessee; his sister-in-law, Carolyn Morris of Kingston; his best friend, Jean Bradley of White; and several nieces and nephews.



Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 13, 2008 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Rev. C. E. Wilkey and Rev. Michael Matthews officiating. Burial will follow in the Kingston Cemetery.



The family will receive friends from 3 � 5 p.m. Sunday at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 430 Cassville Rd., Cartersville, GA 30120.
