Ernestine Davis

Mrs. Ernestine Davis, 76, of Acworth, died Sunday, February 10, 2013 at her residence. Born in Middletown, Ohio on February 17, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Denton Fields and the late Elsa Brewer. Preceding her in death, along with her parents, are her husband of fifty one years, A.C. Davis; five brothers and one sister.
Mrs. Davis was a member of Morning View Baptist Church in Acworth, Georgia.
Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Pam and Steve Arendall of Acworth and Tiffany and Nick Anton of Nashville, TN; her sons and daughters-in-law, Larry and Kathy Davis of Cartersville, Mike and Kris Davis of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Rodney and Paige Davis of Coca Beach, Florida; eighteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; three sisters; and one brother.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 14, 2013 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Reverend Sammy Burgess officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5 – 8 p.m. on Wednesday.
