Esther Goodwin

Esther E. Goodwin, 72, of Cartersville passed away Sunday, September 26, 2010 at the Cartersville Medical Center. Born April 24, 1938 in Round Mountain, Alabama, she was the daughter of the late Roy Goodwin and the late Wilma Mitchell Goodwin. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Ronald Goodwin; and her sisters-in-law, Lois Goodwin and Dorothy Goodwin. Esther was retired from EZ Mills.



Survivors include her brothers, Duain Goodwin of Ellijay, Willard Goodwin of Cartersville, John Goodwin of Cartersville, and Donald Goodwin of Euharlee; her sister, Joyce Reed of Summerville; and several nieces and nephews.



Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 28, 2010 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Mountain View Church of God Cemetery.



The family will receive friends from 5 � 8 p.m. Monday at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 430 Cassville Rd., Cartersville, GA 30120.
