Born on November 23, 1960, J.R. is the son of the late Jessie Eugene Walers & Martha Walters.
J.R. is survived by his children Jessica Starr Martinez, Jacob Eugene Walters, and Misty Spencer & her husband Sandy Spencer, his spouse Tracy Brewer, his sister Patricia Anderson & her husband Terry Anderson, and his grandchildren; Bryson Duff, Blakley Martinez, Autumn Spencer, Chandler Spencer, Preston Spencer, Peyton Tuck, Hailee Tuck, Makayla Tuck, Colby White, Anastasia White, and Brennan Bagley.
A memorial service will be announced for J.R. at a later date.
