Mrs. Evelyn Graham Milam, 90, of Kingston, widow of the late William Leroy Milam, died Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at Rockmart Nursing & Rehab.
Born November 2, 1923 in Atlanta, she was a daughter of the late Mabel Weir Parkerson. Mrs. Milam was of the Baptist Faith and had attended Dykes Creek Baptist Church. In addition to her mother and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Katherine Bones.
Survivors include her daughter, Ellen Austin of Kingston; sons, Billy Milam of Rockmart and Rusty Milam and his wife Denise of Grantville, GA; 5 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, March 20, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home with The Reverend Mike Garrett officiating. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 2 until 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
