Gary Babb

Mr. Gary Arthur Babb, 75, of Cartersville, passed away Monday, September 16, 2013 at Redmond Regional Hospital. Born January 6, 1938, he was the son of the late Gerald Babb and the late Rebecca Weston Babb.
Mr. Babb was employed by the Bartow County Transit System before retirement. He was a member and Deacon of Cassville Baptist Church and was a loving and kind hearted husband. Mr. Babb enjoyed delivering meals on wheels for Bartow County and the friendship kitchen at Cassville Baptist. He was an avid trap shooter, enjoyed golf, and participated in many rodeos when he was younger.
Survivors include his wife of 24 years, Ann Babb of Cartersville; his sons, Dennis and Doug Babb; his step-children, Cheryl Kaleczyc of Cartersville and Colonel Brett Clark of Hughesville, MD; his siblings, Ron Babb of Corning CA, Ken Babb of Anderson, CA and Shirley Webber of Corning, CA; eight grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
