Geneva Everett

June 14, 1926 — June 26, 2010

Geneva Wilson Everett, 84, of Cartersville passed away Sunday, June 27, 2010 at Starcrest of Cartersville. Born June 14, 1926 in Canton, she was the daughter of the late Joe Henry Wilson and the late Lola Ella Jane Barnes Wilson. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, J.C., Bill, Grady, and Emmett Wilson. Mrs. Everett was a manager at Magic Market where she was employed for eighteen years. She was also a member of Woffords Crossroads Baptist Church.



Survivors include her children, Ronald and Janet Everett of Holly Springs, Donna and Andy Anderson of Canton and Roger and Debbie Everett of Cartersville; her grandchildren, Ron, Barbie, Curtis, Lisa, Scott and Sara; her great grandchildren, Blythe, Delaney, Seaira, Isla and Lucia; her step-grandchildren, April, Jessica and Stacey; her step great grandchildren, Hailey, Wyatt and Trey; her sister and brother-in-law, Imogene and Lamar Merritt of Ringgold; her brother and sister-in-law, Ladell and Ann Wilson of Rossville.



Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at Woffords Crossroads Baptist Church with Dr. Billy Rabern officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Ron Everett, Scott Anderson, Curtis Everett, Mark Sheppard, Joshua Harris, and Joe Dollar. These gentlemen are requested to meet at the funeral home by 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday.



The family will receive friends from 4 � 7 p.m. Tuesday at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 430 Cassville Road, Cartersville, GA 30120. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Woffords Crossroads Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
