Harold Clifford Lewis, 80, was welcomed home on September 1, 2024. He was born in Austell, Georgia, on May 31, 1944 to the late Milton Hansard and the late Eunia Haney Hansard. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Kay Lewis; brother, James Lewis; brothers-in-law Roger Williams and Mike Slater; and nephew Christopher Williams.
Harold worked hard to provide for his family. He was a born again Christian and loved Jesus with all his heart. Some of his favorite past times include drinking coffee and listening to music. He enjoyed conversing with his family and friends. He was a proud father and grandfather. Harold is in Heaven for all eternity awaiting his family.
Survivors include his sons, Keith Lewis, Kevin Lewis (Rebekah), and Joshua Lewis (Ashley); six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; brother Milton Hansard (Pat); sisters, Mary Williams, Dale Davis (Billy), and Joy Slater (Pat); sister-in-law Carolyn Lewis; numerous nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Glenna Adams.
A memorial service will be held at 12 pm on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at Pine Log Church.
