Mr. Harold "Woody" Wood, age 62, passed away in his home on Sunday, January 3, 2021.
Born on January 24, 1958, in Cartersville, Georgia, he was the son of the late Clarence and Gladys Wood.
Woody is preceded in death by his father, Clarence Wood; his mother, Gladys Wood; his sisters, Lisa Flowers and Joyce Bagley; his brothers, C.W. Wood and William Wood.
Along with his wife of thirty eight years, Cheryl Wood, he is survived by his daughters, Constance Wood and Amber(Joshua) Drake; his son, Preston Wood; his grandchildren, Elijah Wood, Brylen Wood, and Tristan Drake; his brothers Leroy(Brenda) Wood, Ricky(Jackie) Wood, and Charles Wood; his sisters Mary(Charles) Cox, Barbara Davenport, Betty Tanner, and Martha(Bruce) Simpson, and many nieces, nephews and loving friends to honor and cherish his memory.
A celebration of life will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 24, 2021, at Creekside Fellowship Church with Pastor Michael Abernathy officiating.
