Harvey Adams

Mr. Harvey William Adams, 55, of Cartersville, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Sunday, April 8, 2012 at his residence. Mr. Adams was born January 29, 1957 in Bartow County and was the eighth child of the late Jesse Adams and Clara Blackmon Adams Smith. Preceding him in death along with his parents are three brothers, Kenneth Adams, Anthony Adams and Bobby Adams and one sister, Peggy Ann Adams.



Harvey was small in statue but big in heart. He was a beloved father, wonderful and courageous brother and adored grandfather. In his younger years he loved to hunt and fish. He was employed by Shaw Industries for twenty three years.



Survivors include his children, Peggy Ann Adams and Jesse Adams; his siblings, Tommy Adams Brown and wife, Sarah Brown, Sue Bean and husband, George Bean, Vickie Dupree, Jerry Adams and wife, Cathy Adams, Billy Joe Adams, Joyce Adams; his grandchildren, Starrann Smith, George Robert �Bobby� Smith, Zoey Roxann Adams and Elizabeth Leann Adams; along with numerous nieces and nephews.



A memorial service will be held at a later date.
