Heather Chesnut

Ms. Heather Danielle Chesnut, age 29, of 22 Tammassee Lane, Rome passed away on Saturday, July 17, 2004 at Redmond Regional Medical Center. Ms. Chesnut was born in Baldwin County, Georgia on March 4, 1975. She attended West Rome Baptist Church. Ms. Chesnut was a loving mother and sister. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Jami Espy on October 8, 2003.Survivors include her husband, Mark M. Espy of Rome; son, Zachary Chesnut of Rome; daughter, Ann Espy of Rome; parents, Frank and Eileen Stephens of Milledgeville, GA, Gayle and Art Crawford of Rome, GA, Dean Stephens of Milledgeville and Jeanne Bishop of McDonough, GA ; mother in-law, Judy Espy of Rome; sister, Bonnie Stephens Fuller of Rome and Jennifer Horton of Milledgeville; nieces, Sara, Mari, Leah Brennan all of Rome. Aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. Local funeral services for Ms. Chesnut will be held at 4:00 pm today ( Tuesday,) at the Oaknoll Chapel of Jennings Funeral Home with Rev. Ken Oates officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00 pm until the funeral hour at the funeral home. At other hours they may be contacted at the residence, 1030 Friday Road, Rome, GA. or at 5 Wentworth Place Rome, GA.On Wednesday, Ms. Chesnut will be taken to Moore's Funeral Home in Milledgeville, GA where family will receive friends from 12:00 until 2:00 pm. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Baldwin Memorial Gardens, Milledgeville, Georgia.
