Helen Cole

Mrs. Helen Mozelle Grant Cole, 83, of Cartersville, passed away Saturday, December 29, 2012 at Cartersville Medical Center. A native of Bartow County born April 8, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Ben Grant and the late Carrie Armstrong Grant.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Cole; her son-in-law, Ricky Lingerfelt; two brothers; and five sisters.
She is survived by her sons and daughers-in-law, Charles and Joyce Cole of Dallas, Kenneth and Melissa Cole of Cartersville, Larry and Lydia Cole of Rockmart and Billy Cole of Rockmart; one daughter, Lynn Lingerfelt of Cartersville; fifteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 3, 2013 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Reverend B.J. Piatt officiating. Interment will follow in the Stamp Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
Serving as pallbearers will be Jeff Cole, Todd Cole, Casey Cole, Douglas Ponders, Devon Quarles and Dave Jackson. These gentlemen are asked to meet at the funeral home on Thursday at 1:15 p.m.
