Mr. Howard Woody, 81, of Rome, died Friday, May 13, 2011 at Floyd Medical Center. He was born April 26, 1930 in Summerville, Georgia and was the son of the late Albert Woody and the late Pluma Trammell Woody.
He is survived by his niece, Ann Scoggins; his nephew, Roger Flowers; his brother, Earl Woody; and several other nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 19, 2011 at Bethel Crossroads Cemetery with Rev. Hoyt Jones officiating.
