Hubert was a devoted employee of Chemical Products in Cartersville, Georgia, where he worked diligently until his retirement. His colleagues remember him as a man of integrity and commitment, always willing to lend a helping hand and share a kind word.

A proud Army veteran, Hubert served his country with honor and dedication. His time in the military instilled in him a sense of discipline and patriotism that he carried throughout his life.

In his younger years, Hubert enjoyed the tranquility of fishing and the thrill of hunting. He was an avid bird watcher and found joy in the simple pleasure of observing nature. A lifelong learner, Hubert also had a passion for reading, often losing himself in the pages of a good book.

Hubert was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Linda Cantrell, and his parents, Roger Hubert Pierce Cantrell and Blanche Head Cantrell. He leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories with his son, Steve Cantrell, and daughter-in-law, Ashley Cantrell. He was a proud grandfather to Alexis and Logan, who brought immense joy to his life. Hubert is also survived by numerous cousins and friends who will miss him dearly.
