James Freitag, Jr.

Mr. James John Freitag, Jr., 64, of Emerson passed away Saturday, March 5, 2011 at Montrose Health Center in Montrose, Iowa. Born in Fort Madison, Iowa August 15, 1946, he was the son of the late James J. Freitag, Sr. and the late Doris Nellis Parrish Freitag. He was a retired truck driver. Preceding him in death are his parents and a brother, Walt Freitag.



Survivors include his wife, Angela L. Miller Freitag of Emerson; his daughters, Amanada, Holly and Kelly Freitag; his step-sons, Kasey Lee Miller and Kelly Blake Miller and wife, Britney; his grandson, Joshua Davis; his brothers, Stan Freitag and Robert Freitag and wife, Teresa.



Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m., Friday, March 11, 2011 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Burial will follow in the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton.



The family will receive friends from 6 - 9 p.m. Thursday at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 430 Cassville Road, Cartersville, Georgia.
