James ("Jim") Raymond Fultz, Jr. 73 of Cartersville, passed away on December 27, 2023. He was born in Hammond, Indiana on September 24, 1950 to James Fultz Sr. and Sylvia Fultz. He moved his family to Cartersville in 1980 and continued to reside there since that time.
Jim was a veteran and served in the Navy during the Vietnam War. After many years or working for First Brands/Clorox, Jim retired and enjoyed fishing and playing pool. Jim had a passion for bass fishing that was unrivaled. He loved to tournament fish and was successful at it over the years.
His parents precede him in death. Survivors include his sons, Jason Fultz and Jonathan (Shawna) Fultz; his brother, Greg Fultz; and his grandchildren, William, Isla, and Bo.
A memorial visitation is being held from 5:00 pm to 7:00pm on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home.
