James Lippincott

Mr. James Wesley Lippincott, 34, of White, died Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at Redmond Regional Medical Center. A native of Bartow County, James was born August 22, 1978 son to the late Raymond Lippincott and the late Betty Adams Lippincott. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his uncle, Paul Adams, his maternal grandparents, Paul and Ruby Bagley Adams; and his paternal grandparents, Walter and Louise Lippincott.
James was a kind and loving man and centered his life around his family. He loved his truck and his pet snake.
He is survived by his son, Xavier Lippincott; his daughter, Holly Ann Lippincott; the mother of his children, Melissa Astin Lippincott; his sisters, Brittney Lee of Dahlonega, and Kaitlyn Lippincott of New Jersey; his brothers, Chris, Ray, Bryan and Michael Lippincott all of New Jersey; his aunts and uncles, Mary Adams Dean, Ray Dean and their children, Robert Edd Adams, Theresa Adams and their children, Betty Ann Adams and her children all of Cartersville; Helen, Marie and Liddia Lippincott all of New Jersey and numerous uncles also of New Jersey; and many cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, January 6, 2013 in the chapel of the Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Reverend Sammy Adams and Mr. Bobby Gayton officiating. Interment will follow in the Pine Log United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 – 8 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
Serving as pallbearers will be Michael Cox, Joe Graham, J-Mar Harris, Michael Adams, Wendell Adams, Michael Huckelby, Shawn Huckelby, Doug Cline, Robby Lee, and Brandon Abernathy.
The family will be accepting flowers, but for those who wish , contributions may be made in memory of James to The American Cancer Society, 300 West Emery Street, Dalton, Georgia, 30720.
