James Andrew Ray, 76, of Cartersville, passed away Tuesday, April 20,2021. He retired from Lockheed Martin. He was a member of the Cartersville Mason Lodge. James enjoyed collecting old coins and knives. In his younger days he loved hot rods.
James is survived by his ex-wife Bertha Ann Ray Isbell, his sons James Mickie Ray and Johnny Andrew Ray; grandchildren Sharee Ray, Christopher Jacobs, Chelsea Evans and Nathan Ray, along with a number of great grandchildren.
James is preceded in death by his parents Harley "Bud" Ray and Agnes Ray Duckett, and his grandson Jamie Ray.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 26, 2021 at 7:00 pm at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home.
