Jane Owens

Jane Brock Owens, 88, of Cartersville, Georgia, sadly passed away at Townsend Park Health & Rehab on January 17, 2022.

Born on May 4, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Roy Anderson Brock & Maebelle Brock. She is also preceded in death by her husband Trammel Austin Owens; her siblings; Betty Brock Hall, Edward Brock, Wayne Brock, Billy Brock, Carl Brock, and Carolyn Brock Anglin.

Survivors include her children; Theresa Owens Wilson (Rio), Phillip Todd Owens, Tracy Allison Owens (Brian Craig), her siblings; Jimmy Brock (Sandra), Inez Brock, Glenda Brock Hembree (Johnny), Patricia Brock Ray (Lamar), Michael Brock (Patti), her grandchildren; TeLisa Ann Jones, Drake Scott Worley (Katie), Garrett Austin Worley (Kaitlin), and her great-grandchildren Trevin Jones and Devin Jones.

Jane was a very loving mother, sister, daughter, grandmother, aunt, and great-grandmother. She loved her family unconditionally and was a true homemaker. No one ever left her house hungry. She was very involved in the lives of her children and grandchildren, never missing an event or function. She was their biggest cheerleader and wanted everyone to know about the accomplishments of her "babies." Jane will be very missed and always loved.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, January 21, 2022 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home with Preacher Clinton Green officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens in Cartersville, Ga. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm the same day.

Serving as pallbearers will be Ronald Owens, Chris Owens, Lee Brock, Andy Brock, Neal Ray, Kurt Hembree, and Eddie Owens as an honorary pallbearer.
