Janet Bramblett

Mrs. Janet Ellen Harris Bramblett, age 56, of Rome, GA died Monday, August 2, 2004 at her residence following an illness.Mrs. Bramblett was born in Floyd County on July 2, 1948 daughter of the late James Robert and Lorraine Hulsey Harris. She loved her children, grandchildren, home, and was a member of Avenue A Historical Society. Mrs. Bramblett enjoyed Yoga, Line dancing, fishing, planting flowers, traveling, and very compassionate. She was going back to school to be a Phlebotomist before her illness. Mrs. Bramblett was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Robert Bramblett.Survivors include two sons and daughter-in-law, Richard Bramblett of Rome, Mike and Kimber Addington of Sugar Hill; a very special daughter, Jessica Bramblett of Rome; three grandchildren, Tyler Addington of Sugar Hill, Devon Addington of Sugar Hill, and Brandon Addington of Canton. Several nieces and nephews also survive. A special honor to an aunt and best friend, Faye Hulsey Smith.Funeral services for Mrs. Bramblett will be held at Heritage Chapel of the Jennings Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 4, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. with the Rev. Alan Fuller officiating. Marie Hulsey will be giving a eulogy. The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 3, 2004 from 7:00 till 9:00 P.M. at the Heritage Chapel of the Jennings Funeral Home.The following gentlemen have been asked to serve as pallbearers and are requested to meet at the Heritage Chapel of the Jennings Funeral Home at 10:15 A.M. on Wednesday: Steve Hulsey, Raymond Hulsey, James Hulsey, Mike Addington, Richard Bramblett, David Downs, Brandon Addington, and John Garrett.Flowers are accepted or contributions may be made to the America Cancer Society at P.O.
