Janice Amos

Janice Marie Amos Jenkins, 62, of  Cartersville, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2024. She was born on April 21, 1961, to the late Mittie Capitola Smith Oliver and the late Marvin Howell Oliver. She is also preceded in death by her son, Ralph Jacky Amos.

Janice had a passion for writing and cooking. She would venture into genealogy, and loved spending time with her family.

Survivors include her husband, John Henry Jenkins; son, John Mark Jenkins; daughters, Angie Marie Amos and Kimberly Dawn Frost; niece, Tracey Rogers; grandchildren, Haven Taylor Amos, Brooke Jordan Amos, Sage Harper Amos, Elijah John Frost, Brenton Kieth Frost, Devin Glen Frost, Amber Grace Jenkins, and Merideth Star Jenkins; brothers, Teddy Shane Oliver and Larry Howell Oliver; and sister, Glenda Darie Oliver.

The family will receive friends for a Graveside Service at Oak Hill Cemetery on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at 12:00 p.m.
