Jay Wilhite

James "Jay" Louis Wilhite, 59, of Cartersville, passed away on November 8, 2022, due to complications from surgery.

Born on July 11, 1963, in Knoxville, TN, he is the son of Nancy Odom Sutton and the late Hobert Sutton.

Jay is survived by his loving wife, Christina Renee Wilhite; daughter, Kharis Meggian Wilhite-Chitwood; mother, Nancy Odom Sutton; sisters, Kim Haney and Becky Dabbs; nephew, Brandon Haney; niece, Victoria Dabbs Hilton; and mother-in-law, Barbara Wyatt. He is also survived by his sister and brother-in-law Carrie and Darcy Farris, and eight beloved nieces and nephews-in-law.

Following Jay's cremation, a memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 20, 2022, at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home. Jay's family will receive friends prior to the service at 2:00 p.m. at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home.
