Jean Ellen Ferguson, a beloved resident of Cartersville, GA, passed away on Monday, February 9th, 2026, at the age of 54. Born on Tuesday, December 7th, 1971, in Camden, New Jersey, Jean brought warmth and joy to everyone who knew her. She enjoyed crocheting on her free time.
Jean is survived by her children, daughters Susan Marsingale and Adina Lawrence, and son Louis Ferguson, as well as her dear mother Eleanor Jones. She is also survived by her sisters, Susan Jones, Debra Miduski, Liz Clayton, and a multitude of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Thomas Jones, her daughter, Artemisha Ferguson, and her sister, Catherine Camp. Jean’s strength and resilience in the face of loss were a testament to her enduring spirit.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services, where family and friends will gather to celebrate Jean's life and legacy.
