Jeffery �Chance� Collum, 5 month old infant son of Chad and Jessi Collum died Monday, May 4, 2009 at Cartersville Medical Center. He was born in Fulton County on November 8, 2008. Preceding him in death are his great-grandparents, Josephine Vance and Ray and Betty Cason.
Survivors include his parents, Chad and Jessi; his brother, Hayden A. Miller; his grandparents, Tim and Beth Cason and Sandra and Jeff Collum; his great-grandparents, Kenneth and Colleen Gipson; aunts and uncles, Jody, Stephanie, and Wendy Collum and Chris and Tracy Cason; his cousins, Sarah, Ashley and Gracie Kay Collum and Savannah and Dawson Flowers.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 7, 2009 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Rev. George Chastain, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in White City Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services Wednesday from 5 � 9 p.m.
