Mr. Jeffery Todd Turner, age 36, of Cartersville, died suddenly on Friday, April 22, 2016 at Cartersville Medical Center.
He was born in Austell, Georgia on February 4, 1980, the son of Deborah Turner and Charles Phipps. Jeffery was self-employed as a landscaper. He enjoyed playing the guitar and drawing. Jeffery was always a good friend to all that knew him.
Survivors include his mother, Deborah Turner; his father, Charles Phipps; his son, Daylen Turner; his daughter, Hailey Turner; his brother, David Turner; his grandparents, Sue Chandler, Carlton Crump and Lonnie Chandler.
Jeffery's remains will be buried on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. in Sunset Memory Gardens.
