Jeffrey Kaylor

Jeffrey Wayne Kaylor, age 51, sadly passed away on June 5, 2022 at his home in Cartersville, Georgia.

Born on September 7, 1970, Jeff is the son of Janet Kay Kaylor and the late Wayne Forrest Kaylor. He is also preceded in death by his brother Michael Lee Kaylor, his niece Kaysha Godfrey, and both his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Survivors include his mother, Janet Kay Kaylor; his wife Tracy Ann Kaylor; his children Forrest Jeffrey Kaylor, Emily Marie Dothard (husband Brody), Katie Margaret Lee (husband Mason), Joseph Michael Vargas (spouse Jamie Abernathy), Alexander Nathaniel Vargas, and Andrew Ryan Vargas; his brothers Christopher James Kaylor and Robert Kaylor (wife Candy); and his grandchildren Skylar Lee Kaylor, Johnathan Forrest Kaylor, Briar Austin Dothard, and June Anne Kaylor.

Jeff had a dry sense of humor and was a jack of all trades. He loved to tinker and could figure out how to fix just about anything. He loved discovering things he was good at and was incredibly smart. He enjoyed gaming on his computer, going on vacations and travelling, he enjoyed the outdoors, and loved to bicycle. Jeff is very loved and will be sorely missed.

A funeral service will be held for Jeff at 1:00 pm on Friday, June 10, 2022 in the Jennings Funeral Home Chapel with Keith Willard officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm for a visitation at the funeral home prior to the service.
